Britney Spears is looking to move to a quieter neighborhood with a bigger backyard, court records confirmed on Monday (June 30th). Earlier this month, Los Angeles Court Commissioner Goetz also okayed a request from the conservatorship for permission to put Britney's Hollywood Hills home on the market. Documents released on Monday show that Spears is in the market for a "less-trafficked" home with more recreation area for her two sons.It was previously reported that Spears was eyeing property in suburban Encino. Spears bought her current home in December 2007 for $6.7 million. The 7,400-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. It also features a library, pool, hot tub, media room and maid's quarters.
